Who designs your products?

squarestreet's goods are all created by Alexis Holm & David Ericsson. Our aim is to create long-lasting, high quality goods made to suit the lives of men and women who seek quality, authenticity and of course, fun.

Where else can I find them apart from online and at your shop?

The only place you can find squarestreet branded items is right here and at our Sheung Wan flagship store - G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. squarestreet watches and Gram shoes are distributed worldwide, you can find more on their websites - http://squarestreet.se & http://gramstore.com 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You always can pay by Paypal and it can linked to your credit card. More information about Paypal is available at www.paypal.com

OR you can do bank transfer, unfortunately only for customers residing in Hong Kong, please contact us at info@squarestreet.se for more details.

 

Who will pay taxes & import charge?

Since there is no sales tax in Hong Kong so all you see is the final price. However, all import charge must be paid by the customer upon the recipient of the parcel. 

Please write a note while checking out or drop us an email: info@squarestreet.se if it is a gift so we can wrap it with our squarestreet wrapping paper.  

 

When will I receive my delivery? 

Your purchase will be delivered by DHL Global Mail, free of charge anywhere in the world. Within Hong Kong and Asia, you can expect your goods to arrive within 1 - 4 working days. For the rest of the world, please be a little more patient as it takes roughly 5 - 7 working days.  

 

What is your refund policy?

Please send us an email if you're not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days you received your goods. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and we will post you the new item via registered airmail. This will take 7 - 14 workin days. 

 

What happens if my item breaks?

All of squarestreet's products have been worn and road-tested by our own quality control team to ensure that they can withstand the most trying environmental conditions. However, in the off-chance that something does break please do let us know about it via e-mail or simply give us a call.
